On the first level there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storeroom, a boiler-room and a living room with a fireplace and has direct access to the front garden. On the second level there is a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a semi-outdoor place and a veranda with wooden pergola. This level is also connected to the garden. On the third level there is a bedroom, a bathroom and verandas.

Villa type D detached house with a total area size of 302 square meters. On the first level there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storeroom, a boiler-room and a living room with a fireplace, which has direct access to the front garden. On the second level there is a kitchen, 2 living rooms with a fireplace, a dining room and a bathroom, a semi-outdoor place and 2 verandas with wooden pergolas. This level is also connected to the garden. On the third level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and verandas.

All villas have independent garden at the front and at the back and their own parking space with wooden pergolas for two cars.They are constructed using high standards making them hospitable throughout the year.
