A brief update from Tinos, this year's summer destination.
First of all, Tinos is a rather friendly and village oriented island of Cyclades.
While, I will share many details about your potential stay in Tinos, I wish to outline few
things due to the ongoing bank crisis in Greece:
- using a foreign debit or credit card, I was able to withdraw more euros from ATM than the general announced withdraw limit (60 euros) for Greek cards. That is, you can use freely foreign cards, especially for touristic locations,
- There is definitely a dominated mistrust and disappointment among the Greek public. People though, are rather calm, considering their misfortune.
